There is a one (1) time fee of $5.00 in order to switch to TCAST Residential Long Distance. This simply covers the cost of the transfer from your current carrier.

Do I Have To Spend A Minimum Amount Each Month?
TCAST only asks that you spend a minimum of $5.00 per month in usage. If the minimum usage is not met, there's a $5.00 charge.
