Tierzero has purchased substantially all the assets of TCAST Communications, Inc

There is currently a March 6, March 13 and March 22 pending disconnect notice from underlying carriers that will impact most or all TCAST customers.  There are also other critical carriers that have the option to shut down at any time.

WE ARE WORKING WITH THE CARRIERS TO MAINTAIN YOUR SERVICE ON THE TCAST NETWORK.

ATTENTION BUSINESS CUSTOMERS, T1, PRI, EOC, FIBER ETC:

In order to limit this risk of disruption to your service, please use the link below to digitally sign a “Letter of Agency” that will authorize Tierzero to move your service.  We intend to match your TCAST rates.  The only difference being we offer flat rate billing for local and long distance. If your calling plan has minute charges we will average the last few bills and provide a lower rate.  It is our intention to give you the same or better rates than you currently have with TCAST.

IMMEDIATE ACTION REQUIRED FOR RESIDENTIAL AND WHOLESALE CUSTOMERS

Tierzero will NOT be offering long distance to service to residential customers.  If you have Long Distance service with TCAST - please call your local phone company and switch providers.  Service will not be provided after March 4, 2014.

Tierzero will be NOT be offering wholesale services.  All wholesale services will be discontinued on March 1, 2014.
